About us
Founded in 2002, Telluride’s homegrown Telluride Maps© is the picket-sized visitors map located at over 140 distribution stations throughout town and the region. The map provides a quick and easy way for visitors, locals and businesses to navigate about Telluride & Mountain Village and the area using both the free map and web site, www.tellruidemaps.com. Telluride Maps© will distribute more than 82,000 visitor maps in 2006-2007 and is the most used visitors map and guide in the region. The home office is located in Telluride. Recently Telluride Maps has partnered with the community to donate the use of the map to identify where all the AED defibrillator stations are located throughout Town, Mountain Village and the region. Telluride Maps also donated the use of the map for replication to give out to all locals and visitors so they may know where these stations are located. Telluride Maps donated the use of the map to the Telluride Historical Museum for their walking tour as well as to several other non-profits for use when conventions are in town.
