Karl has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Marquette University in Wisconsin. Along with their staff, April Tyler and Frank Dorka, they provide an important understanding of the complicated issues specific to the area. April is a closer for Alpine Title and also has her title producer’s license, giving her a more rounded knowledge of the title and closing process. Frank helps with research, commitment, and policy production, but he brings to the table banking experience to round out his knowledge base.
